I have dealt with anxiety and panic attacks since I was 2 years old. Now at 20, I have learned so much about how to manage my anxiety, whether it’s at school, work, home, etc. In this episode, I’ll talk about some tips I’ve learned to not fight anxiety, but to manage it. (Obviously everybody’s experiences with anxiety are different, and I am not a professional in anyway. This is just some ways I’ve learned to deal with anxiety personally)
