What are the stories we tell ourselves that are negative, untrue, based in our life experiences and yet cause us to interpret the world around us? Today we talk about identifying these negative scripts so that we can speak truth to ourselves.

We might have Jesus in our heart but we’ve got grandpa in our bones. Today we look into the tool of understanding how our family history contributes to your present reality and what will we pass on to the next generation and those around us.

Lacking vocabulary to answer the question “how are you doing”? Running dry with glad, mad and sad? Today we learn to create space and articulate the answer to that question!

What might happen if you just sweep your shortcomings and dark side under the rug? What might happen if you face your shadow? This is a question worth asking ourselves!

How do you approach your shadow? It’s ok to realize we’re not ok, but it’s not ok to stay there. We want to learn about who were truly are and then we want to move forward into Christlikeness!

Untamed emotions. Damaged pasts. Less then pure motives and thoughts. We all have these in some shape or form and today we start to unpack them.

Ever wondered why it sometimes seems easier to lead others than it does to lead yourself? Today we start to explore that part of the reason it’s hard is because it means facing yourself.. facing your inner life and facing your dark side!

As we end this season today, we get extremely practical about incorporating spiritual practices in a daily, weekly, monthly rhythm that will change our lives for the glory of God!

In order to have lives that bare fruit we need to get everything ready so that we can build the trellis that allows the vineyard of our lives everything it needs to flourish. Today we put some practical foundations in to craft our own rule of life!
