Charles George Missions Presents Day 4 – Christmas Podcast – “Brave Mother Mary” 

Hello and welcome to Day 4 of our Christmas Podcast, “Brave Mother Mary.” We are bringing these daily Christmas podcasts to encourage and lift you up during this season. We hope you will listen to the first podcast of this series from December 1, if you have not already done so, because it is all about Jesus and that is who we are lifting up now through December 25. Today, we are going to talk about Mary and her bravery that we will see in the scriptures today. Charles George Missions Presents: Day 2 – Christmas Podcast – “Modern‑Day Shepherds”

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of our Christmas Podcast. We are bringing these daily Christmas podcasts to encourage and lift you up during this season. We are also lifting up the name of Jesus because this is who we celebrate at this time of year. Today we are going to look at the shepherds, the caretakers of the sheep, who were among the first to receive the good news of Jesus’ birth. We give special recognition today to the caretakers in our society – our health care workers, first responders, caretakers in the home, and all those who have been there in some way for those who are suffering during these challenging times. These are the modern‑day shepherds caring for the sheep.

Today, James McNear, a pastor, accomplished musician and composer, and founder of Macattack Records, will share his favorite Christmas memory and gift. CGM collaborated with Pastor McNear to produce CGM’s Christmas album, “We Love Christmas” selections of which we play on these podcasts.

CGM Presents: The Christmas Podcast 2020

Hello and welcome to Day 1, of our Christmas podcast. The purpose of these short podcasts is to encourage you during this season. We are reminded at this time that Jesus loved us so much that he came to earth as a baby who became a man who not only died for our sins but came to give us new hope, every day. So, in these podcasts, we will share scriptures celebrating his birth, hear uplifting Christmas memories from various contributors, and listen to songs from our album “CGM We Love Christmas.” The motto of this Christmas podcast is, “Don’t Let Anything Steal Your Christmas.” We are serious about this now. Don’t you let anything steal your Christmas.

This first podcast will be about Jesus and why He decided to leave his heavenly throne, come to this earth as a baby, then the man who died for us. But first, we will share a Christmas memory from Beaux who was our very first contributor to the memory share project. Beaux was born in Heidelberg, Germany, and is presently living in Roanoke, Virginia. I think you will agree his Christmas story is the true definition of giving.

Hello and thank you for joining us for this special episode of CGM Presents: "Honoring Our Veterans." In honor of Veteran's Day, we are sharing an interview with Apostle Charles G. Wright sponsored by The Sullivan Brothers Iowa Veterans Museum and The Grout Museum of Waterloo, Iowa. This interview was conducted by Jane Meyer on January 29, 2011.

Apostle Wright is the recipient of the  Bronze Star with the "V" Device and the Purple Heart for his heroism and for injuries he sustained while helping save the lives of others. Listen as he presents his accounts of war and the heartrending loss of his nephew, Xavier Johnson, whose body he escorted from Vietnam back to St. Louis, Missouri, for the memorial service. Although he did not have to, Apostle Charles returned to Vietnam to finish his duty of service. Despite all he encountered he ends this interview by saying he would do it again.

Hello, and thank you for joining us today for Episode 6, “He Protected the Rejected” in the series, "More Than Conquerors." Have you ever been on trial for committing a crime? What if you found out the prosecutor who charged you knew they did not have sufficient (or enough) evidence to convict you of the alleged crime. Even worse, you find out they charged you just to promote their agenda. That's what happened to the woman in our presentation today, she was facing death, but she was represented by one of the best attorneys who ever lived. This woman is the woman caught in the act of adultery and Jesus comes to her defense. She is "the rejected" and Jesus is the one who will protect her. More Than Conquerors” Episode 5, “Overcoming the Fear of Rejection”

Hello and welcome to our series, “More Than Conquerors.” This series is about overcoming and conquering fear. Today’s Episode 5, is entitled, “Overcoming the Fear of Rejection.” One reason I am doing these episodes on rejection and its attendant fears is that I hate bullies. The devil is a bully who has used rejection since the beginning of time to intimidate, threaten, and hold people back from fulfilling their dreams or just enjoying the life that God wants them to live in abundance. So, if that describes you or someone you know, you need to listen to this and future episodes.
