U.S. President Donald Trump imposed new tariffs, ranging from 10 to 41 percent, on dozens of trading partners, which took effect on Thursday. At over 4,500 meters above sea level, Sanjiangyuan – the source of the Yellow, Yangtze and Lancang rivers – is almost impossible for most people to reach.
