Hello everyone! Welcome to the new episode of Cha Latte in Dialogue! I’m Xin, a Food Science researcher living in Melbourne. In this Episode, I’ve invited two of my friends, Dr. Jake Leggett, a researcher in fluid dynamics of jet engine at University of Melbourne and Dr. Matthew Flavel, who  plans & designs metabolic diseases related clinical and animal trials with a focus on type II diabetes treatments and management. In this episode of Cha Latte in Dialogue, we went to South Melbourne market and had a chat with the owners of Fruits on Coventry, Anna and Alan, a Chinese couple who have been living in Melbourne for more than 21 years and took over Fruit on Coventry in South Melbourne Market seven years ago. Alan and Anna shared how they started this business, what they've experienced as one of the essential service providers during the pandemic, and some tips for you when selecting your fruit and veg.  This episode was recorded in Chinese.
