Time to celebrate those who put fear aside, on the hardcourt and elsewhere, as we profile what it takes to be a leader and why some are doomed to be left behind. The exploits of Willis Reed, Jack Youngblood, and Kirk Gibson to name a few, plus David and Goliath coming to life in the NCAA tournament of 1983. Plus clips from those who refused to back down or compromise, including scenes from Bullitt, Patton and the indomitable Dr. Steelhammer.

Join us for CDST's "The Russians are definitely coming" show, as we harken back to 1966 and the hilarious debut of Alan Arkin.

Going back to a happier place in time when we could take our Russian paranoia with a grain of salt, with atomic subs causing an intoxicating stir of paranoia up Cape Cod way and near the Vineyard. It's a pleasant break from the serious matters of the day, and some comedic insanity in advance of March Madness.
