On May 19, 1990, it was like any other day for 19-year-old Chad Maurer living in Madison, Wisconsin. He came home from his job for lunch and told his parents he was returning back to work. However, Chad never made it back to work that day. He would be found deceased two days later, 150 miles away from home, and his death would initially be ruled a suicide.
