Chad Wright gets it. He's been hired by some of the most successful acts in music history. He's toured with Jennifer Lopez and is currently the drummer for Bruce Hornsby and the Jacksons.  Good grief is that a list of employers. 

Jon Leon Guerrero grabbed Chad and got into his upbringing, his twin brother, who is also an elite musician, AND his music education at Berklee. Damn the Break It Down Show collection of drummers is world-class.
