In the cliffside climbing, coastal city of Ferrous, the people give their thanks to the life-giving union of fire and water. The Tidebound Queen keeps their fishing vessels safe and ensures bountiful fishing expeditions, while the Burning Lord provides nutrition to the soil in which they grow their crops. For centuries, the people and their divine patrons have existed in a comfortable cycle of give and take, tithing and being rewarded. But how long can this relationship continue?

Our first campaign, VOID begins on February 29th. Shadows are gathering, fog is closing in, and the Tides are Burning. How will we survive?

Time is nothing if not a vicious cycle…an endless repetition of events given new shape and context. And who among us can truly attest to this cycle if not the gods who are meant to watch over us? They see our civilizations rise and fall, and watch as each of us lives and dies in our turn. But what happens when that cycle draws them in? When the beings that were once believed immortal face their own mortality? What happens when pantheons come face to face with a God-Killer?

Chains of Divinity is a weekly Godkiller actual play podcast where three mortals will rise up against the Gods who hold dominion over their world. Together, our God-Killers and our Pantheon will weave a tapestry of love, loss, and perseverance in the face of uncaring divinity and, who knows…maybe, just maybe, they’ll change the course of the future in the process.
