🎯 World-class expertise: Distinguished University Professor at Georgetown University, Victor Cha served as Director for Asian Affairs at the White House National Security Council (2004-2007), where he was responsible for Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. He was the U.S. Deputy Head of Delegation for the Six-Party Talks on North Korea.
Author of eight award-winning books, including "The Impossible State: North Korea, Past and Future" and "Powerplay: Origins of the American Alliance System in Asia", he has served on the Secretary of Defense's Defense Policy Board since 2021. A two-time Fulbright Scholar and former Fellow at Harvard and Stanford universities.
