Chakra meditation helps in many ways.. explore it
I knew basics of Chakra before i start with this book. root chakra, plexus chakra,crown chakra and many other i was never heard off. chakras gives us lot of benefits when used for balancing and meditation, you see that concentration is high, getting better sleep and stress levels are low, you can work on goals easily and it also helps us with physical health like hypertension reduction, controlling diabetes.. it explains how we can start with chakra meditation too. its good book for all

I can't get over how great this book was. I really feel like this one is like the ultimate psychology/self-help book out there.I definitely recommend this for anyone who is interested in working with their chakras. With each chapter you are able to see how everything truly connects within ourselves and how one can truly regulate and govern the energy they absorb from the world around them.
