Meditation is the art of absorbing yourself into the present moment 100%. Whatever you focus on grows in this Universe, & paying attention is an energy exchange. By focusing on one chakra at a time, and bringing our conscious intention and awareness to that part of the body, we can begin to notice how our chakras are doing. The body is a reflection of the mind and our mind, body & spirit are all connected alike. It's not so much that we have chakras, but more so that we ARE chakras. Everything that exists in this third density realm exists in the visible light spectrum from red to violet. Everything vibrates at it's own rate, including the 7 chakras which are each connected to one of the 7 main glands in the endocrine system. Each chakra has a color that resonates with it, & an element as well. We will be using the breathe to help guide the flow of energy throughout our being. We will also be using "I am" affirmations based off of each chakra. You always become whatever it is that you are tuned into, & you always become whatever you say after "I am". Since meditation is the art of absorbing yourself into the present moment, into the now, this is one of the most powerful techniques to sync the chakras & tune them to the vibration they are meant to resonate at.
