It's week 2 of the 3rd UK National Lockdown, and listening to this back...it sounds like it too. We're doing our best to keep motivated and healthy, running and home exercise, but it's really hard work. Jordan is using a Yoga app to work to, which sounds like a great idea, and Adam has a creative use for a couple of Yoga Blocks to help train balance and coordination.

After just 3 months in our local climbing gym, we went up to the Peak District to boulder on some actual boulders. In this episode, we don't actually do a very good job of talking through that trip, so we will definitely re-visit this, but what we do discuss, is how regardless of ability you should just climb as many different places and environments as possible.
