Another important topic I forgot to touch base on is Anxiety - I found myself constantly overthinking and worrying about situations and possibilities in the future that “could happen”. Don’t waste your energy worrying about anything you don’t have control of, the future or your past. Only focus on whats happening right now in the present, live one day at a time. Only have time for, and deal with obstacles and problems when they arise. Don’t alow your mind to generate endless problems that most likely wont even come true. You will find you’r mind will become a more quiet and comfortable place. Cheers -CA 🍻
