Our INSPIRE LGBT+ Committee, Eleftheria Mitroudi and Daunish Negargar (former Chair), spoke with Natalie Gamble, a leading fertility lawyer and founder of Brilliant Beginnings, a non-profit surrogacy agency. We discussed a plethora of matters, from the necessary surrogacy law reforms to the challenges LGBT+ families change and the covid-19 impact on these processes. We also talked about the ways a company can advocate for diversity and inclusion, providing its employees a safe space to work and helping them be their better selves. Natalie is a passionate activist for trans rights and also gave us her view on the legislative changes that need to be put in place in the UK.
