  • 45. Who Really Leads? Why the Feminine Is the Ultimate Leader

Everybody sees the knee. Nobody sees what made him kneel.

In this episode of The Champagne Empress Podcast, Georgette Casimir finishes what Episode 43 started. Yes, let him lead the action. But before he ever walks over, plans the date, or finds the house, you’ve already led. She breaks down how the feminine leads through energy, vision, and voice, why “submit and stay quiet” was never the feminine, and what real surrender looks like on both sides. That includes handing over the diapers and not hovering, and a man who sets his ego down long enough to actually listen.

    You’ll walk away knowing:

    • How you already lead on a date, in the home, and in every shift your relationship makes, and why the world never gave it a name
    • The difference between polarity and dominion, and why a man who tells you your voice doesn’t matter isn’t a leader
    • What surrender actually asks of you, and what it asks of him

This episode is for you if you’ve ever been told the man leads and the woman follows, and some quiet part of you knew the story was missing a chapter.

  • 44. Being Chosen Isn't the Goal

You can be chosen and still be alone.

In this episode of The Champagne Empress Podcast, Georgette Casimir gets honest about the question every single woman has heard, “So where's your husband?”, and why being picked was never the proof of your worth. She shares the ring she didn't take, the dinners for one she still has, and what it actually looks like when a man values you instead of just choosing you.

    You'll walk away knowing:

    • Why a ring tells you someone picked you, but not how you're being held
    • The difference between your values and your perks, and why cooking, cleaning and a PhD aren't what make you valuable
    • How to reclaim your sovereignty, whether you’re single, dating, or already the Mrs.

This episode is for you if you've ever been asked where your ring is and felt the question land somewhere it shouldn't, or if you’re wearing one and quietly wondering whether you're valued.

  • 43. The Independent Woman in a Provider Relationship

He asked where I wanted to go. I said yes. Then I called the restaurant and booked it under my name. Just in case.

In this episode of The Champagne Empress Podcast, Georgette Casimir opens up about the backup reservations she made for years, what they were really protecting, and how you can build your own empire and still soften into a man who leads.

    You’ll walk away knowing:

    • Why “I can” is independence and “I won’t let you” is armor, and why you can’t mother a man into his potential
    • Why provision is an expression, not a payment, and how to spot the man keeping receipts
    • The three things you keep when he leads (your foundation, your discernment, your voice), plus five simple practices to start receiving this week

This episode is for you if you run everything all day and still catch yourself making the backup plan at night.

  • 42. Decentering Men in a Relationship: How to Love Him Without Losing Yourself

Fifteen minutes and a maybe, and I was ready to move my whole evening like furniture.

In this episode of The Champagne Empress Podcast, Georgette Casimir returns to the topic behind her most-listened-to episode, Decentering Men, and takes it somewhere Episode 10 never went: inside the love, once he's actually here.

    You'll walk away knowing:

    • Why going cold, not texting back, and walking away first isn't decentering at all, but still centering him, with punishment instead of devotion
    • How you lose yourself in a relationship without ever deciding to: one moved dinner, one skipped ritual, one "no, it's fine," and the one thing in your life that should never move
    • How to receive fully without rearranging yourself: why he can be the champagne but never the water, and why a woman with somewhere to be is the most seductive thing in the room

This episode is for you if you've ever turned your own plans into "we'll see" because he might be free.

  • 41. Feminine Discipline: What Does That Actually Look Like?

Feminine discipline is the structure holding up your softness — and most women have never been taught what it actually looks like.

In this episode of The Champagne Empress Podcast, Georgette Casimir breaks down the difference between masculine discipline (force, hustle, proving) and feminine discipline (devotion, rhythm, return) — and why the velvet from last episode only holds its shape because of what's underneath it.

    You'll walk away knowing:

    • The real difference between masculine "push through it" discipline and feminine devotion-based discipline
    • What feminine discipline actually looks like on an ordinary day — not the aesthetic version, the real one
    • Why undisciplined softness becomes chaos, and undisciplined power becomes brittle — and what holds both together

This episode is for you if you've ever felt like you had to choose between being soft and being consistent, or if "discipline" has only ever sounded like punishment to you.

  • 40. I Thought He Was Emotionally Unavailable. It Was Me

A year ago, I met a man and decided he was emotionally unavailable.

I had the language for it. I had the standards. I had done the work. And I was wrong — not about him, about myself.

In this episode I'm turning forty and telling the truth about what that actually looked like. Not the fireworks. The quiet year underneath it: preparing for the South of France, hand-making gift boxes that said Welcome to Your Champagne Empress Era for every woman but myself, and then June arriving and everything shifting so fast I couldn't understand the speed — until I realized nothing had ever actually been released.

My soul knew. My human decided he was unavailable.

I'm also naming something I think a lot of you are standing in without words for it yet. We've been living in the era of devotion, of pleasure, of receiving — and it gave us something real. But it was one half. We've been handed two menus: the dark feminine who is magnetic and untouchable, or the soft feminine who is open and unprotected. And most of us don't live our lane, we perform it.

The Velvet Era is the fusion. Velvet is soft you can feel — but it has weight, it has structure, it drapes over something. That's her.

You don't trade the independent woman for the held woman. It's not a trade. It's a stack.

    In this episode:

    • Why forty didn't hand me the "after" photo I expected — and what the last year actually did
    • The difference between attachment and unfinished business, and how to feel it in your body
    • Why the armor doesn't just protect you, it diagnoses for you
    • The false choice between dark feminine and soft feminine — and what it costs to perform either one
    • Letting go of the outcome without letting go of the standard
    • The question to sit with this week: is he not meeting me, or is there no room in me to be met?

"I still know when to walk away. But I'm not walking away before I've gone into the softness."

You don't have to earn it. You just have to embody it.

You know exactly what you have with him. And you also have no idea.

In this episode of The Champagne Empress Podcast, Georgette Casimir breaks down the situationship — how ambitious women end up in them, why a part of you chose the ambiguity, and how to walk out with your power fully intact.

    You'll walk away knowing:

    • Why smart, deeply feeling women end up in situationships — and the three patterns that pull them in
    • The identity belief underneath the ambiguity that's keeping you stuck
    • How to walk out of a situationship whole, clear, and more magnetic than ever
