No one like feelings. We would rather catch flights. However, our feelings are important for us to have for a multitude of reasons. I understand that some of them are hard to handle but in today's episode we will be talking about how to not control them but how to let them in, feeling them and let them go.

Misery loves company is a saying I heard growing up and it was usually following a person verbalization of their current life struggles. It is a saying that insinuates that someone is voicing their struggles to bring you to the level of struggle they are in. But in today’s episode I would like to shift the perspective of this saying.

If you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you will be successful, then why would you allow uncontrollable delays and unforeseen obstacles, change that? Let's get into it.

To look at your life holistically and see so much that you don't like or want any more can be jarring. In addition to that, the transition into a new version of you can come with so many lessons. I have learned so much and I wanted to share that with you in this episode.

Self abandonment can happen physically, emotionally and mentally. It is something that we are unknowingly taught and can learn to do because of a traumatic event. Though painful to face, abandoning ourself can hurt us far more than that initial hurtful event.

"Just let go" easier said than done. Its never just "JUST" it asking ourselves why we are holding on in the first place.

It is not that we are an imposter, it's that we are leveling up and need to see ourselves through a different lens.
