Today we are going to do a little experiment in releasing OLDER ways of being that no longer feel aligned with who you wish to BECOME, how you can gracefully accept and love older versions of yourself, and how letting go of the past frees you up to create something NEW!
This is the exact re-patterning sequence that I take my clients through.
