“Change, sometimes is all we needed to refuse our souls” 

Sometimes change is needed…

A lot of us get stuck in the same old habits of doing things, CHANGE THEM!

I had a forced change come to me at work and I will tell you, it was stressful at first, but after a few days on the rollercoaster I feel like I have a new spark back in me.. That showed me that although change is always scary and uncomfortable, once you go through it , it will always make you better.
