Change is hard, that's the cliche of the century, but it's TRUE!

Our brains and subconsciouses don't want things to change because they view things are fine. We are surviving, so why rock the boat!

I've had some big changes this year that have left me gripping tightly with my fingernails scraping at the past as the future pulls me forward.
