There's a lot going on right now that may have made you believe that change was too much or too scary to do. The presidential election, the pandemic and so much more. The current state of your life may be overwhelming. It may make you believe that you now have the confirmation you needed to stand still and just accept the way things are. That's nonsense. 

Change is not only inevitable but it is vital to your growth. You are not the greatest that you will ever be. You physical body continuously evolves to ensure of that. No matter what you may think to be true about your growth, it won't happen standing still for too long.
