I don't know about you but I've decided to live the rest of my life in a "happy" healthy way! I encourage you to do the same. Life is too short to live any other way! When you are happy you have a different demeanor. You have a different language and you just feel better!

Professor Sheila Holmes is a community psychologist based in Chicago, IL. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Minnesota – Morris, a Master’s Degree in General Psychology and will earn her  PhD. in Community Psychology in 2023 from National Louis University.

Professor Holmes is currently an educator of  twenty-six years, and an academic advisor for five years. Her aspiration is to establish a tutoring, mentoring and advising center in IL. and also to assist in teaching adolescents and emerging adults on how to work together and build their community.

He has two law degrees: a bachelor of law from Nigeria and a juris doctorate from the United States.  He is one of the leaders of a life group at his local church where he leads Bible study, conducts outreach, and encourages members through discipleship and growth in Christ. 

As a millennial, he is aware of the issues, confusion, and pressure that is prevalent among his generation. He believes the Bible is the ultimate code for life because in it your find purpose, peace, happiness, righteousness and eternal life.
