In contrast to earlier in the year, Gisele explains how simplifying the system and having the right people made all the difference.
First, identify what you want to change. Then, figure out what factors you can control that will have the biggest impact on what you want to change.

Gisele remembers that she is good at this and she does know how to do it and when she does it feels like what she was made to do!
Some dreams are worth fighting for.  Some dreams morph and change as we grow and some dreams die and its ok to let them die.  Sometimes we are holding on to dreams that are no longer ours...let it go.

You can endure almost any hardship with the right people around you and the best things in life can be unbearable if surrounded by the wrong people.
There is something mystical about finding the things you were meant to do and partnering with the people you were meant to do them with.
