Hallo zusammen und herzlich willkommen zu einer brandneuen Folge von „Funkenflug for Future“! Heute haben wir etwas ganz Besonderes für euch: Wir tauchen tief ein in die spannende Welt des Lernens. Eva List fragt Anja Matthiä ein paar Löcher in den Bauch. Denn sie hat sich viel mit der Funktion des Gehirns und des Lernens beschäftigt.
Wir reden darüber, wie das Gehirn wie ein soziales Netzwerk funktioniert, warum Bewegung beim Lernen einen riesigen Unterschied macht und warum Pausen so wichtig sind – ja, wirklich, Pausen sind nicht nur zum Chillen da!
Außerdem schnacken wir darüber, wie Schulen besser werden können und was Bildungssysteme ändern sollten, um jedem von uns zu helfen, auf seine eigene Art zu lernen.

Herzlich willkommen bei unserem Podcast "Funkenflug For Future", liebe Zuhörerinnen und Zuhörer! In der heutigen Folge von "Women´s Networking Vitamin P" dreht sich alles um das spannende Zusammenspiel von kulinarischem Genuss und geistiger Bereicherung. Unsere Gastgeberin, Eva List, lädt zu einem unkonventionellen Netzwerkabend ein, der das Knüpfen neuer Kontakte in einer entspannten Atmosphäre ermöglicht – und das alles bei einer Schüssel bester Pommes!
Eva eröffnet den Abend mit einem Plädoyer für das Netzwerken und stellt das inspirierende Buch "Lecker Anders Netzwerken für mehr Diversität" von Anouk Ellen-Suzanne vor. Hier erfahren wir, welche positiven Effekte Netzwerken auf unser Gehirn und unsere Laune haben kann. Dabei geht es nicht nur um den beruflichen Kontext, sondern auch um das wertvolle Beziehungsnetz, das wir im Alter benötigen.
Der Fokus des Abends liegt zudem auf dem Thema Mental Load und wie man durch Journaling, insbesondere Bullet Journaling, den Kopf wieder freibekommt. Eva teilt ihre persönlichen Erfahrungen und gibt wertvolle Tipps, wie das Schreiben mit der Hand uns dabei helfen kann, Stress abzubauen und in Kontakt mit uns selbst zu bleiben.
Ein besonderer Höhepunkt ist die großzügige Gabe von Notizbüchern in Pommes-Gelb samt Stiften durch den Hersteller Leuchtturm 1917, die Eva an die teilnehmenden Frauen verteilen wird. Diese Geschenke sollen die Frauen unterstützen, ihre Gedanken zu ordnen und dem bunten Treiben in ihren Köpfen Struktur zu verleihen.
Neben faszinierenden Einblicken in die Wissenschaft des Handschreibens und wie es unser Denken beflügelt, wird Eva während der Veranstaltung auch dazu beitragen, einen regen Austausch unter den Anwesenden zu fördern – mit Netzwerkspielen und Schreibübungen. Dabei lädt sie die Gäste ein, ihre "Superpower" und Wunschgesprächspartner auf Pommes-förmigen Zetteln zu notieren und mit ihren Sitznachbarinnen zu teilen.
Es erwartet uns eine Episode voller Motivation, Inspiration und natürlich leckerer Pommes. Lasst uns gemeinsam erfahren, wie wir durch Schreiben und Netzwerken sowohl geistig als auch sozial wachsen können. Willkommen bei einer neuen Funkenflug-Folge! Heute bin ich mein eigener Gast nach etwas längerer Pause. Mein neuer Slogan lautet übrigens "Mensch, Marketing und Text für Sinn mit Humor".
In dieser Episode geht es aber erstmal um das nicht so lustige Thema "Mama hat Burnout" und die Bedeutung von Werten für dich selbst und in deiner Selbständigkeit bzw. im Job.
Hier spreche ich ohne Storyboard über meine Erfahrungen als Mama, Selbständige und Frau, die wie viele andere von mentaler Überlastung ein Liedchen singen kann.
Besonders als berufstätige Mutter ist es wichtig, den Überblick zu behalten und sich um die kleinen Details zu kümmern.
Ich nehme euch auch ein Stück mit in meinen Burnout und erzähle, warum es wichtig ist, über dieses Thema zu sprechen, ohne vorschnelle Urteile zu fällen. Aktuell fällt mir dazu Louisa Dellert ein, die ganz offen über ihr Burnout spricht und damit anderen hilft.
Es geht in der Folge auch darum, wie wichtig es ist, Grenzen zu setzen und sich über seine eigenen Werte klar zu werden. Ich gebe euch Tipps für Selbstständige und ermutige euch, eine positive Sprache zu nutzen.
