Laine Campbell is SVP of Engineering at Fastly. Over her 19 year career, she has specialized in distributed and high traffic databases, operations and reliability and building large distributed teams for some of the largest infrastructures in the world.

Isaac Councill is the VP Engineering at Oscar Health, where he is responsible for all Software and Site Reliability Engineering teams. Prior to Oscar, he worked on applied computational linguistics at Google and as a Research Scientist at IBM Almaden Research Center, where he helped to develop applications for large-scale multinational service design. Isaac holds a Ph.D. from Penn State University and has authored over 30 peer reviewed computer science publications.

Kimber Lockhart is Chief Technology Officer at One Medical Group – a rapidly growing model of primary care that integrates innovative design with leading technology to deliver higher quality service while lowering the total cost of care.Previously, Kimber co-founded Increo, a web-based service that allows users to share and review documents in a secure space.

Robert Krohn is SVP of Engineering at Pindrop. He has over 20 years of engineering, management and executive experience in software, cloud and operations across diverse product segments at both startups and public companies. Robert was most recently the VP of Virtual Managed Services (VMS) Software Engineering Group within the Network Function Virtualization BU at Cisco. Robert is a graduate of RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.

Dory Weiss is the VP of Engineering at nCino. She knows that the key to building industry-leading software teams is to devote as much energy to your people as you do to your tech. Dory joined nCino in 2013 and has helped the engineering team grow from 6 people to 80+. As a former educator, she is passionate about training and enabling others. She has served as an Assistant Professor of English at Earlham College and Education Coordinator for the University of Texas Software Analyst Training Program.

Gary Ogasawara heads up Cloudian's global Engineering team, with operations in Silicon Valley, Milan, Tokyo, and Beijing.  His responsibilities cover product development, deployment, and operations. Prior to Cloudian, Gary lead  Engineering teams at various companies building search engines and real-time commerce and advertising systems. Gary holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, specializing in uncertainty reasoning and machine learning.

Daniel Doubrovkine (aka dB.) is a seasoned entrepreneur, technologist, CTO at Artsy.net in New York, the largest online fine art marketplace and publication. Daniel graduated from University of Geneva in late 90s with a degree in Computer Science. Daniel is the creator and maintainer of many popular open-source projects and a lifetime artist.

Mikey Butler is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at New Relic. He's responsible for Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Site Engineering Operations. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the software industry. The first half focused on system coding at Digital Equipment, Bank of America, Data General, Rolm and Sun. The latter half on engineering management for Cisco Systems, Sybase, BEA Systems, Intuit and, most recently, Seagate.
