You get to change your mind if it feels correct. Unapologetically follow your own lead. The benefit of reclaiming capacity and being present is being able to hear yourself clearly. Then the opportunity becomes, will you listen?

Trusting myself and believing that whatever happens is correct means I get to experience ease instead of mental anxiety behind what I choose to do—or not do. I can accept it all, experiment freely, and live authentically. The same is available to you.
