Many of us are very undisciplined and disorganized. Our lives are filled with clutter and chaos. The end result often being inefficiency, failure and not living up to our potential. A life not nearly as satisfying and successful as we'd like it to be. What's the solution? Get organized. Make a master list of projects that need to be done and review the list every day. Create a daily routine of essential activities and engage in them consistently. Choose to love yourself enough to make the commitment to follow through and reap the rewards of an organized and effective life.

If we wish to eliminate the drama caused by others or ourselves, we need to set boundaries with others and ourselves, and maintain them. If we do this consistently, we send the message to others and ourselves that we are serious about the changes we want in our lives and the elimination of the drama and the chaos. The end result is usually emotional stability, happiness, inner peace, better health, and more successful, sustainable relationships.

We are now, more than ever, a culture of judgment, resentment, rage and violence both verbal and physical. We have all "gone low" and nobody is winning. it needs to stop. We need, on the Right and the Left, to become better human beings and to find healthier ways to communicate with those we disagree with.

The world is a horror story full of hate, violence, terrorism and war. Turning swords into plowshares isn't going to happen quite yet. But if it is a good idea and if it is ever going to happen, it needs to start with each of us trying to extend our love to others as much as possible and without exceptions. When we find it too difficult to do, consider what Martin Luther King, Jr. once said: "Hate the sin, but love the sinner." This is the path to inner peace and world peace. As the song goes, "What the world needs now is love, sweet love, not just for some but for everyone."
