Macro trends like the great resignation (people leaving their jobs in unusually high numbers) or quiet quitting (only working the bare minimum) have recently been in the news a lot, but they only show the tip of the iceberg of a much older trend of people being historically low engaged at work. Many are looking for purpose and meaning and open themselves up to deeper questions, despite or because of an environment of uncertainty and change.
In this episode, Ada, Alixe and Jonathan explore these trends on a macro, but also personal level and share their latest creation to solve this collective problem not just on an individual level.
