Jim Tiffin, Jr. serves as the Director of Academic Technology for The Harley School in Rochester, New York, with administrative and teaching responsibilities K-12. He actively creates learning opportunities for students and teachers that combine STEAM, MakerEd, and PBL - project, problem, personal, and passion based-learning.

Our guest is a principal who has lead an impressive list of changes in the way his school educates students. Today he shares some of the leadership lessons he's learned along the way.

Tim Lauer serves as the Principal of Lewis Elementary School in Portland, Oregon. Previously he served as a Teacher on Special Assignment in the area of technology integration and worked as a classroom teacher for 16 years mostly teaching Kindergarten.
