The holidays are not times of celebrations for us all and we are all facing difficulties of some kind: 

Is the hard robbing you from all or part of your joy? And what hard do you need to sit with and face whether that be the past, present, or potentially the hard that is yet to come?

What labels currently define you and your life? Are they helpful? What would happen if you lost those labels? 

What happens when you lose everything you have built to protect? Do you lose your sense of gratitude and love, do you lose yourself?
