The first step in any #changeproject is to identify those that are not resistors and are willing to take on risk. If you are afraid of the word ‘no’, you are not meant to lead.” 

All organizations are experiencing some level of disruption. As a result, leaders need to constantly adopt to change and be open to new ideas and growth.
