As a new stylist, someone may have told you it was possible to make 100,000 behind the chair. But did you actually know what that would take? For today's guest, Krista Storm, she had to find out for herself.

Krista became a hair stylist in 2007 and that was exactly what she was told. But she wasn't given any of the actual information about the amount of effort or time that would take. After eight years spent barely breaking 30,000, she finally found her own techniques and systems that made room for her to thrive. Now, she's a salon owner and educator changing the game for stylists with the mission to constantly evolve.

I loved this conversation with Krista today. She hits the nail on the head when she describes herself as the  ‘UNmotivational’ educator. We're not getting fluff. We're not being made to feel bad about the burn out we've experienced. She's real about what it takes to make it in this business and it's such a treat.
