We're constantly hearing about how important it is to post with a high frequency. But what happens when the quality of those posts goes down dramatically? Our audience notices. My engagement was actually going down during the challenge and I had to take a step back to re-evaluate.

I got a DM the other day that had me scratching my head, and I thought, "Let's unpack this together." So, imagine this: leaving behind a booming salon, a bustling team, and all the hair things to start a social media business . People crave feels and stories since 2020 hit. Influencers spill the tea on products, sure, but they make you feel why it matters. As beauty pros, we've got the golden ticket to showcase transformations and the vibes behind 'em. Get your audience to feel something, and voila!

She even filled me in on a super fun, NINETY DAY CHALLENGE she’s doing with her team. I was so inspired by the dedication that I decided to join as well.
