In this episode I share my personal perspective on mental health issues. As a close friend told me, we all deal with mental health issues from time to time. We need to be kind to each other and recognize we are all living different experiences which can cause anxious moments. The views expressed in this episode are my own. I’m not a professional in this field. I believe what I share in this episode should cause you to stop and think about the state of your mental health. Thank you Rachael for starting this month with such an important and informative interview on mental health issues.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. With the effects of the pandemic and our volatile social and political climate, this is a good time to hear a great episode about a delicate and often ignored subject. Why are not talking more about trade schools and so much more. As parents and grandparents we need to change the way we look at and present the need for a college education to our children. The single question could be, do students, parents and teachers benefit from having teachers unions or are these unions self serving, only providing benefits for the union and it supporters. Although I believe they are a useful organization, I share some of their perspective on topics and I discuss why I believe if you don’t go along with their party line you will be canceled.
