Szmigiel shares her journey from Poland to North Carolina, describing the challenges she faced transitioning to life in the United States and how she discovered her passion for working with people in the furniture industry. She talks about her progression through various retail roles, ultimately finding her place as a Memory Maker at Broad River Retail.
