Changing your paradigm is how you change yourself. By changing what you feed your subconscious mind, you ending up changing the way you think, the way you act and as a result, your direction in life.

Your paradigm is like a mindset or a way of thinking. The problem is, we are given a paradigm by the people who raised us, our friends, our teachers at school and even our colleagues and employers later in life. It's not an easy thing to change and you can only do it by being consistent with it and engaging in positive self talk.

What ever level you think you're playing at, changing your paradigm can change everything and steer you in a different direction.

What you feed your subconscious mind is how you change your way of thinking and your daily habits and that's how you change your life.
