Today our channeled chat is a new experience. If you turned into previous episodes you know that those were recorded live via Insight Timer where I would channel a specific theme. What was so great about that was the live feedback that was coming in. I love speaking in front of a live audience because I can tune into the spirits in the chat. So this one I have delayed as long as I could. But here we are!

I am a spiritual business mentor and a spiritual self-development guide. I help my clients be in tune with their Spirit essence, and how to utilize it to co-create their life. To embody their true self each and every day.

Something that I continue to hear from spirit was it was important for me to release an episode where I talked about my own channel.

Chakras are here to be used as a tool towards your own empowerment, healing, and well being.

In this Channeled Chat I went in more detail about 7 of our chakras and how they are connected to your healing. Tune In to listen

Chakras are energy centers that each have a specific function and govern specific systems, hormones, and body parts.

Your chakras will never really ever be “totally balanced”… because in any moment we can enter a field of situations or circumstances that cause a reaction to a specific chakra, moving it into an unbalanced state.

i.e. if you have a deep fear or snakes and you are chilling walking along a path and all of a sudden a snake crosses your path, your root chakra (survival function) is going to open WAY up and shoot way out of balance so that you main focus narrows in on survival.

This can also happen when you are just communicating with someone, if their communication triggers something that threatens your worth, your solar plexus chakra may shrink…

It is all about being aware of adjusting.

Just as our physical bodies do…our physical bodies are constantly adjusting back to their natural homeostasis status…

You can use chakras the same way…

to continuously adjust back to a balanced state where energy can flow seamlessly…

When it doesn’t it is not “bad” or “Wrong”, it is an invitation and opportunity for healing, clearing, and adjusting.
