After all, spirit messages are often highly personal and aimed for the transformation of the individual in many levels. You will get more from the message if you experience it yourself and not simply hear a stranger say it to you.

A Good Outline
Quite general but the author does cover the basic ways that people can begin to channel. Some additional sources or reference guide would improve the depth of this book. It was free and since I already channel it gave me a few additional points to consider.
