Have you ever heard of hypnobirthing? It sounds somewhat like hypnotizing, right? Which sounds weird, but is really just a focus within and a focus on your breath. We just finished our hypnobirthing class with hypnobirthing coach and our doula Nicolle Kasch and could not recommend it enough! 

We have decided we are preparing for an all natural home birth and we could not be more excited. In understanding the human body it is our belief that women's bodies know exactly how to give birth naturally. Hypnobirthing has helped us, and more so Sandy, gain power and strength around birth and how beautiful it is.
