PRINCIPLE OF THE DAY

 

The new buzzword lately is Essential. It comes from the government asking all non-essential personnel to stay at home. The psyche is being tampered some with the non-essential word's meaning.

 

QUESTION OF THE DAY

Where in your Core 4 (body, being, balance and business) do you need to take inventory of what you are doing as essential or not? What can you change?

 

 

 TASK OF THE DAY

 

Write in your journal where that section is as well as what simple action you're going to do today to make your essential life a better place.
