We as Humans are so used to having a Beginning, Middle, and Ending. The Mental Challenge of Coronavirus shutdown is we do not know when it will end.

 

QUESTION OF THE DAY

Where in your Core 4 (body, being, balance and business) do you need to challenge yourself with an unknown? What can you change? New Video, Audio, Blog, or something that scares you and you have no idea if it will work or not.

 

 TASK OF THE DAY

 

Write in your journal where that section is as well as what simple action you're going to do today and the next 90 days to make your fear and unknown a part of your life.
