I’ve always thrived in chaos. As a creative, I could fly by the seat of my pants—no plan, no structure. It felt natural. But over time, I discovered that a little structure, a malleable system, didn’t stifle my creativity—it helped it evolve. It gave me focus. It made room for deeper work.
