I had the pleasure of sitting down with Angela D. Coleman, the founder of the Sisterhood Agenda and a leading expert in holistic health. I left feeling inspired and motivated to prioritize self-care and relaxation in my own life.

As we journey through life, our connection with food can change based on various factors. Recently, I had the pleasure of chatting with Jessica Procini, the mastermind behind Escape from Emotional Eating. Despite having a generally positive attitude toward food, Jessica recognized that her relationship with it wasn't perfect. She graciously shared with me her approach to emotional eating and how she's helping women take back control over their relationship with food.
For our listeners, check out this Clarity Quiz from Jessica: innerwork.me.
About the Guest:
Jessica Procini is on a mission to help high-achieving women heal the roots of their emotional eating. When Overeaters Anonymous and therapy weren’t enough to help her end her fight with food, she spent ten years in research before developing her signature healing framework, Escape From Emotional Eating®, which has helped women reclaim their power over food. Now that she’s been 100% free from her compulsions with food for over 5 years, Jessica helps female entrepreneurs and executives do the same at EscapeFromEmotionalEating.com.
