Lindsay lives in a state that could be viewed almost as chaotic, while Dizzy chooses to order things down to the hour. We are both able to prioritize our fitness but in different ways. The way you spend those other 23 hours of the day could have a major effect on when, how, and even IF you get your workout in. And what about food?! Do you know when you’ll eat? Do you know WHAT you’ll eat? These are very important questions when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle.
