Modern Christianity has assumed that coming into perfection is somehow presumptuous, when the New testament spells out plainly that that is God's intention for us, because the Bible says we are created in the image of Him. Col. 1, Rom. 8, Eph. 4.

Surrender is not a scary thing, the blessings of God follow. God knows how to get the stuff done that He wants done in our lives. Lk. 9, Phil. 2, Phil. 1.

We often feel that if we could see God face to face, He would have something negative to say, but just like Jacob, God usually has a surprise for us. Gen. 32, Gen. 33, Jer. 29

God teaches us to examine our selves in humility because He's more concerned about what's inside than the outside Jas. 3

God wants the world to see Him in the church. He also wants us to remember where we came from. Tit. 3

When we invite God to live inside of us, He deals with our issues. The fire of the Holy Ghost burns out the bad things in our life without destroying us. 1 Kin. 18, Ps. 20

Your body will let you know when you need water; your spirit will let you know when you need God's living water. Ps. 63
