In the last episode of the first season of Antihero Unplugged, I share a story about my brother and his friend José. José was mean to my brother, but when he asked if everything was okay at home, José opened up about his parents' divorce. It made me realize how important it is to treat others with kindness.

I also talk about an experiment with two plants: one treated with praise and the other with negativity. The praised plant thrived, while the other withered. This taught me how powerful words can be and how they affect people's growth. We all need positive support, and if you're in a toxic environment, it's time to make a change.
