Turn your attitude of gratitude outward and develop a habit of thanking others you see in your day to day life. It’s amazing how it helps us and those we thank feel better.

Make a list of all the people you appreciate that you know both online and in person and write out a short sentence or two with sincere words of appreciation to share with them. The people we thank will connect us with that feeling of happiness.
