We each chose something important to us in order for us to look after our mental health, and we discuss and explain each others tips. Mental Health Awareness and care is more prominent now than ever, especially in creative industries and we think it’s important to be candid about the subject, none only with your friends and colleagues, but the creative community as a whole.
