Chapter 2 - Just Say “Hello”

-  For our first conversation you can choose an animal to talk with – maybe your pet.

- What is the animal called ?
- Now you can close your eyes and see your chosen animal in your mind’s eye. You don’t need to see them perfectly, just as long as you feel they are there. Can you see them ?

If you prefer, you can also keep your eyes open.
Now just say “hello” to the animal and watch what happens. Did they say "hello” too, or react in any way ? What do you notice ? What do you see ? Are they happy to talk with you ? Here you can write down what you notice:

Now feel how you feel being with the animal – does it feel good ?

Would you like to spend some time together ?
Are you ready to ask some questions ?
You can write down some questions you would like to ask them:

Now you can close your eyes again (or keep them open) and ask your first question. Then you listen and hear what the animal answers.
If you are not sure, you can ask some more questions and listen to the answers again. If you like, you can write what you heard:

Just trust that you hear us right ! Trust ! Trust !
Close your eyes again (or keep them open if you prefer). Now you can ask your next questions.
Ideally, you write down the answers quickly, so as not to forget them. Even if the answers seem crystal clear in the moment, it happens that they get forgotten the next minute. Here you can write down what you hear and notice:

Maybe you don’t hear the answers in words, maybe we send you a picture. Here you can write down what you see in the picture – or draw it:

Here you can draw a picture. 

Here you can draw a picture of the animal you are talking with. Maybe it’s just a part – you can draw what you notice. We are so happy when you really look at us and see what you see.

Now you have been communicating with your animal – how does it make you feel ? Are you happy, excited, curious and maybe surprised at what you heard ?
