Chapter 10 - Just Remember This

- If you have read through this booklet and made it to this chapter, you will already know almost everything we wanted to tell you.
- We are very proud of you for showing so much interest in what we have to say.

Here we would like to recap some of the things we would love you to remember of our time together. Please keep them in your heart and remember them the next time we meet.

Chapter 9 - Always Here

 - We want to comfort you by saying that truly we will always be here with you, even if we pass over.
 - You can imagine us in a different dimension or in a different vibration, but the main thing is that we never leave you, we just shift our frequency.

Sometimes we need to go when our body isn’t well anymore, but we want you to know that we keep loving you on the “other” side, and that our bond of love still holds, wherever we are. You need to trust us when we say: we are always here.
Just like human beings, we animals also pass over the rainbow bridge. We experience life as a continuum, so we don’t feel such a big shift as you do.

We also welcome you to talk with us when we have passed over. If you close your eyes, you can see one of your animal friends in spirit and start talking with them.
What would you like to tell your pet ?

Maybe these are things you used to tell us, or maybe they are things you realized you would have liked to tell us before we passed away.

You can tell us how important we were in your life. Maybe you want to share with us about your day or about the people we know. We still love to be involved in your life.

When you are ready, you can say “hello” to your pet and see them in your mind’s eye or just feel that they are present with you.
You can meet them in your imagination and see and experience how they react to you.

Now you can start telling them what you wanted to say. You can watch your pet as you say these things and see how they react.
Do you notice that they have received your words ? Do you notice their reaction ?

Do you see them smile, make a sound, a gesture, a movement ?
Did they start talking with you telepathically ?

Whatever you notice and receive, you can take some notes of what you experienced.

If you would like to hear more from the animals about their wish to connect with you from the light worlds, we have created a book “Always Here”. It is a workbook with meditations and exercises to stay in contact with your pets when they have passed over, also written by many pets.

Chapter 8 - More Animal Communication

- Let’s give it a go, let’s explore more animal communication to talk with each other.

- First Conversation – Let’s ask some more questions

You can close your eyes and see us in your mind. Just say “hello” and watch or hear our reaction, just like watching on a screen.
If you prefer, you can also keep your eyes open.

And now, ask us some questions – you can start with yes / no questions.
You can ask about our food & drink, our home, the family, other pets, our walks together, anything you would like to know about us !

You can also use your feelings and notice how we feel in different places – at home, on a walk, with certain people and with other animals.

When you open your eyes again, you can write it all down so as not to forget.

Second Conversation – Let’s move together again

You can close your eyes again and see us in your mind’s eye or in your heart. Say “hello” and see how we react. If you prefer, you can keep your eyes open.

Now you can ask if it’s ok to join us in our body, to merge with our vibration to feel what it is like to be us.

As you connect and “step into” our vibration, sense what it feels like:

- To have legs and arms like we do

- To walk like we do

- To have eyes like ours – what do you see ?

- To have our ears – what do you hear ?

- To have our sense of touch and taste – what is it like to be us ?

- And if you notice our surroundings – how is it to be in this body and experience everything around ?

You can come back into your vibration again and open your eyes.

You may want to write down or draw what you experienced. You can return anytime to our vibration to experience more of our lives.

Third Conversation – Let’s talk about all kinds of things

We like to talk with you about many things – even things that you don’t consider to be of interest to animals.
We are actually interested in all manner of topics, so please feel free to talk with us about all your cares and worries and also about things that you wonder about.

We can talk about the past or the future, about politics or sciences, social and religious questions – and we can share personal advice with you too.
If you close your eyes, you can see us in your mind’s eye and we can start talking.

Again, you can start with “hello” and notice what you notice when we are together.
Then you can start asking questions about anything that interests you. We look forward to our conversations. Here you can write down what you saw and heard.

Fourth Conversation – Let’s work together

We would like to support you in your projects as well.
We are more than just a friendly companion –
we would like to be your partners, your collaborators, co-creators of your work.
How is that possible ?

You can use the tool of animal communication and talk with us about any aspect of your work.
We have a lot of wisdom and would like to share it with you. We especially love to solve problems with you.

Maybe you need creative ideas, or maybe you don’t know how to balance your work and home life.
Just ask us about anything you like, and you will find that work is a lot easier and more fun when we work together.

Just say our name, ask the question and listen inside.
You might get a picture, a word, a whole sentence or a reference to a song or a film.
Whatever you hear is your answer.

We know that you will love this process once you start working with us as a member of your team -and you will notice:

Chapter 7 - Create With Us

- You can close your eyes again (or keep them open) and say “hello” to an animal, and see how we answer.
- Now we would like to create something together with you. Maybe a song, a poem, or a necklace, bracelet, a drawing or a figure.
Whatever you would like to create, tell us and we will start giving you ideas. If you are making a bracelet, we will tell you which bead comes next.

If you are making a drawing or a story, we will inspire you.

If you want to hear a song from us, listen closely and record what you hear.
What would you like to create with us ?

You can prepare all the things you need to create this. You can also ask us:
What do I need to prepare ?
Listen and write down what you hear.

Now we can start creating together. You keep asking, listening and recording or writing, or doing what you hear.
At first it might be a bit slow, but soon you will find that it flows easily.
What did we create together ? How was it for you ?

How wonderful to be your partner in this creative adventure !

Chapter 6 - In Touch with Animals

- You may want to touch the skin or the coat of the animals you meet. Of course, not all animals like to be touched. If you love and respect animals, you know that many do not want you to come to close to them.
- Maybe you have noticed with your own pets that some like to be stroked and some don’t.
With wild animals it is best to assume that we don’t like to be touched.

We are your friends and we don’t want to harm you, but we are also wild animals and we act and react according to our instincts.
Even if we talk with you telepathically, we are still who we are, ok ?
So please don’t come too close or touch us in the wild. Even if a guardian or a keeper tells you that it is ok to touch one of us, it is best to always ask us directly if we really want to be touched.
We are so happy that you want to talk with us in this way and this is what we would like to practice with you now.

Think of your pets at home or think of other animals you know and ask them:
“Do you like to be touched by me ?”
Listen what you hear – and now you can write down the answers.

Do you remember animals you have touched or stroked ? You can make a list of them here.

What did it feel like to touch an animal – can you remember your hand on their skin or coat ?
What was special about it ?

Did you speak to the animal ? Did you hear or feel something back from them ?
Were they happy that you were there ?
Write down their answers here.

As we said: Please keep in touch !
We can talk telepathically wherever we are, we don’t need to be together. So even when you are at home again, you can still talk with the animals you met in the forest, in the jungle, in the Zoo, by a lake or at your friend’s place.

And please remember that even though we love talking with you (a lot !), we often prefer if you don’t touch us or come too close to us, especially if we are animals in the wild.

Please respect our space – this will keep us happy and will make our friendship strong.

Chapter 5 - Notice Us

 - As you walk around all day, you meet many animals.

 - But how many of each kind have you seen ?
 - Here you can keep count of all the animals you spotted today. These can be wild animals or tame ones too:

Wow – so many animals !
What colour were these animals ?

Did you hear animals making sounds ?
Which ones did you hear making loud or quiet sounds ? What did they sound like ?

On the next page you can draw a picture with all the wild animals you saw:

Chapter 4 - Walk Like Us

- Do you still remember what it was like to walk in our body ? Take a moment to close your eyes and remember what you felt like, what you saw and heard and anything else you noticed.

- Now you can open your eyes again and walk around the room just like you saw yourself in our body.

Move your legs and arms and head like we do, and look around with the kind of eyes and ears that we have & see what you see and hear now.

Do you maybe see and hear more clearly than normally ? Just enjoy being in our body.

Now also meet other people and animals in this form – what does it feel like, what do you notice? Do you feel different ? Is it fun ? Or are you a bit cautious of other animals and people ?

When you have explored everything that interested you, you can step back into your body and stretch yourself – you can give yourself a good stretch.

You can write down what you noticed when you walked around as your animal.

Chapter 3 - Be Like Us

- We know that you think we are different – even if we are now talking together.
- How would you like to experience what it feels like to be us ?
- We have a different body and other abilities – would you like to try to see with our eyes or walk with our legs ?
Just choose your favourite animal, you can also name a few.

Now you can close your eyes again (or keep them open) and say “hello” to them. You can notice what you notice being with the animal.
And now you can ask if you can step into their body. Mostly, you will hear a “yes”, but it is good to ask anyway. Did you hear a “yes” from us ?

If you get a no, you can ask a different animal.
Now you can imagine stepping into our form, our body. First feel what it feels like to be in this different shape – what is different ?

Then just take a few steps in our body. Maybe your legs are shorter – what is it like ?

Now look through our eyes – what do you see ? What do you notice especially ? If you see other animals or people – what do they look like ? Do you see better now ?

What do you hear ? Do you hear more or less ?
What do you notice hearing ?

How exciting to be in a different body. When you have seen and heard and felt enough, you step back into your own body and open your eyes and shake your arms and legs.

Chapter 2 - Just Say “Hello”

-  For our first conversation you can choose an animal to talk with – maybe your pet.

- What is the animal called ?
- Now you can close your eyes and see your chosen animal in your mind’s eye. You don’t need to see them perfectly, just as long as you feel they are there. Can you see them ?

If you prefer, you can also keep your eyes open.
Now just say “hello” to the animal and watch what happens. Did they say "hello” too, or react in any way ? What do you notice ? What do you see ? Are they happy to talk with you ? Here you can write down what you notice:

Now feel how you feel being with the animal – does it feel good ?

Would you like to spend some time together ?
Are you ready to ask some questions ?
You can write down some questions you would like to ask them:

Now you can close your eyes again (or keep them open) and ask your first question. Then you listen and hear what the animal answers.
If you are not sure, you can ask some more questions and listen to the answers again. If you like, you can write what you heard:

Just trust that you hear us right ! Trust ! Trust !
Close your eyes again (or keep them open if you prefer). Now you can ask your next questions.
Ideally, you write down the answers quickly, so as not to forget them. Even if the answers seem crystal clear in the moment, it happens that they get forgotten the next minute. Here you can write down what you hear and notice:

Maybe you don’t hear the answers in words, maybe we send you a picture. Here you can write down what you see in the picture – or draw it:

Here you can draw a picture of the animal you are talking with. Maybe it’s just a part – you can draw what you notice. We are so happy when you really look at us and see what you see.

Now you have been communicating with your animal – how does it make you feel ? Are you happy, excited, curious and maybe surprised at what you heard ?
